MANAGER POSITION IN WATERFORD

U-Casadh CLG is a community-based project established in **Apply on

on the Waterford/Kilkenny border.
_The core aims of our suite of programmes and interventions are to
provide a quality support service for offenders,?ex-offenders,?those
at risk of offending and their families, and other marginalised groups
in the Waterford/South Kilkenny area that will facilitate their full
participation in community and economic life._
U-Casadh currently operates an Outreach and Support programme for
clients referred by the Probation Service, an Atelier Project
providing support, training and advocacy to local Roma families, and a
Drug Rehabilitation Community Employment Scheme.
We now seek to recruit an experienced manager who can take the project
forward and implement our goals and objectives. Experience in any of
the above-mentioned areas would be a significant plus, but our main
objective is to acquire an experienced, people oriented and empathetic
manager.
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE:
* A minimum of three years? experience in a managerial role
* A high level of self-motivation and leadership skills
* Experience of Financial Management and Funding proposals
* A third level qualification in a relevant field
The Manager will report to, and be accountable to, the Board of
U-Casadh CLG. He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day management
of the organisation and will provide leadership and expertise in the
areas of performance management and strategic planning and resourcing.
